Most foot pain starts with an imbalance in the muscles, either they are weak or tight. Here is a gentle stretch for the Plantar Fascia as well as the two muscles that make up your calf. Less is more, breath into the tightness and allow the Diaphragmatic Breath to ease the tightness.
Most of us use our ankles in one direction, to walk or push down on the gas peddle, your ankles move in a number of different directions. If we don't keep those other directions mobile they tend to get "rusty" This simple exercise is like "WD40" for your ankle. Trust me, your ankle, knee and hip will thank you for taking a minute each day with this exercise.
