This class is a gentle exploration of Spinal Mobility. Our Spines require movement in all of the planes of motion that are available to them. Most of us tend to sit for hours a day without moving our Spines. That can lead to Arthritis, stiffness and pain. Take a bit of time to make a Gentle exploration of your spine along with Chris and me. Yoga should never hurt, if a pose doesn't feel right for you, stop! Always honor what you body is telling you!
